Degree Apprenticeships
Our new Degree Apprenticeships offer an exciting opportunity to begin your career in property while studying towards a fully funded qualification. You’ll work alongside industry‑leading professionals, gain hands‑on experience from day one, and develop the technical and commercial skills needed for a successful future in the built environment.
As a Knight Frank apprentice, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive network that empowers you to grow, contribute and shape your own development. You’ll join a business that values individuality, celebrates diversity and encourages you to bring your full self to work.
Our Degree Apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with the University of the Built Environment and are RICS‑accredited. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll also prepare for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), giving you the opportunity to achieve MRICS chartered status.
Designed to provide meaningful experience, high‑quality training and dedicated support, our Apprenticeships will help you build the confidence, skills and sector knowledge you need to launch a successful career. Whatever perspective or strengths you bring, your potential will be amplified.

Study
Learn while you earn
Our Degree Apprenticeships combine paid, hands-on experience with academic study, allowing you to build your career while working towards a fully funded degree qualification. You’ll spend most of your time developing practical skills in the workplace, alongside dedicated study time and structured learning designed to support your professional and personal development. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) based in our London offices, with one dedicated study day each week to support your academic learning.
Support
Invested in your success
You’ll be supported throughout your apprenticeship by a network of colleagues invested in your long-term success including mentors, experienced leaders, and the Early Careers team. From structured training and regular feedback to professional development opportunities and networking events, we’ll help you build confidence, develop your strengths, and make the most of your apprenticeship experience. We welcome applications from curious, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow and contribute. If you’re passionate about property and excited by the opportunity to combine work and study, we’d love to hear from you.
